What if I need a VA working more than 20 hours per week?

We can place part-time (10-20 hours per week) and full-time VAs (40 hours per week).

If your VA works over 20 hours per week and you want ongoing oversight, there is an additional $497/month management charge. This ensures we can effectively track your VA’s progress, performance, and efficiency.

How do I know my VA is qualified?

We conduct multiple rounds of vetting and present you with the top 2 best-fit candidates based on your needs. You will have a video introduction with the top candidate and, if needed, a second option to choose from.

What happens if I don’t like my VA?

If your VA is not a good fit within the first 2 weeks, we will assist with a one-time replacement at no additional charge.

(Limited to one replacement in the first 90 days.)

How much should I pay my VA?

We recommend starting VAs at $6–$7 per hour for the first 90 days with an increase after a successful performance review.

How do I pay my VA?

We provide full guidance for Wise, PayPal, or Payoneer payments and even offer a live 15-minute call in Tier 2 & Tier 3 to walk you through the first payment.

What if I need additional support?

You can add ongoing VA management (starting at $497/month) after your package period ends.
